Buying our first home is the single most anxiety-provoking act we’ve done thus far, but Ashley always kept transparency to ease our nervousness. We closed on our home two months ago in late September and we can honestly say that we would not be homeowners without the help of our realtor and our mortgage broker Ashley. We briefly worked with another broker before being referred to Ashley and were very disappointed with the first broker. First of all, the ONLY reason I am giving this business 5 stars is simply because 10 stars was not an option! After having multiple bad experiences with different agents when trying to get a home loan, Ms Ashley came to the rescue! When it was time to submit my offer, the agent I worked with stopped returning calls because he went out of town. I almost lost the house, but my realtor (Ms Keyatta Johnson- best realtor in town!) suggested that I use Ms Ashley. It was late and during the weekend and I was stressed out, but Ms Ashley stayed calm, helped me through the process and got me the absolute best deal in the during the rising interest rates. From that day until closing, Ms Ashley was there! She also recommended an insurance agent (Ms Michelle from Traveller’s Insurance) who managed to save me over $1000 compared to other companies! This was the second home I purchased and Keyatta and Ashley were the best team, hands down!
